Proof
What I can show you, and what I can’t yet.
I’m rebuilding this practice, so I’d rather be plain about what exists. Here’s what’s real today, and the standard I’ll hold my first case study to.
01. Where I’ve worked
The background behind the method.
Project management and web program work in software and hardware companies, plus Protecht, a health app I took from design through code, compliance and the App Store myself.
That’s why I describe myself as a project manager first. I’ve watched projects stall for reasons that had nothing to do with the tooling.
02. How I define done
Three standards you can hold me to.
01
Five business days
A workflow counts as fixed when it ran for five consecutive business days without me, and your named owner ran it.
02
A number
Every Pilot starts with a baseline measurement in week one, so the result is a before and an after, not a feeling.
03
Public prices
Every price is on this site, so you can check any quote I give you against it.
03. Case studies
The first one is in progress.
I’ll publish it with the real number, measured five days after I stopped touching the workflow.
It will include one thing that went wrong, because every project has one and a write-up without it isn’t believable.
If a client doesn’t want to be named, I’ll run it on my own business and label it as an internal case. I won’t pass it off as a client result.
No testimonials yet. I’d rather leave that space empty than fill it.
When there’s something real to show, it goes on this page.
